Intercultural training for general preparation

Our intercultural training courses aim to support companies and organizations in overcoming practical challenges in intercultural business relationships and international teamwork.

The training promotes the general intercultural competence and cultural sensitivity of the participants and therefore also serves as preparation for an assignment abroad, e.g. as an expatriate. In addition to relevant communication basics, the intercultural workshop primarily increases understanding of intercultural communication barriers. Using various exercises, we show new perspectives that help participants to reflect on their own cultural imprint and to better understand and assess alternative perspectives of other cultures.

In addition to teaching the relevant basics of intercultural communication and cooperation, it is particularly important to us to address the individual needs of your organization, company or team. How long does intercultural training take?

Intercultural training usually lasts half a day to two days. The duration is agreed individually with you, depending on the desired content.

How can intercultural training contribute to better communication in different intercultural situations with different countries?

How does intercultural training work?

Our training programmes are a mixture of theory and practical exercises. How does “customised” intercultural training work?

We interview a few people from your organisation in advance, preferably participants in the training. We have developed a special questionnaire for this purpose that addresses the questions and challenges you face in your day-to-day work. This enables us to analyse relevant topics in advance and design a training course specifically for your needs. The field of intercultural communication is very broad. This allows us to focus our training much more specifically on you and tailor the content to you in a compact training programme.
