Intercultural training for general preparation
Our intercultural training courses aim to support companies and organizations in overcoming practical challenges in intercultural business relationships and international teamwork.
The training promotes the general intercultural competence and cultural sensitivity of the participants and therefore also serves as preparation for an assignment abroad, e.g. as an expatriate. In addition to relevant communication basics, the intercultural workshop primarily increases understanding of intercultural communication barriers. Using various exercises, we show new perspectives that help participants to reflect on their own cultural imprint and to better understand and assess alternative perspectives of other cultures.
In addition to teaching the relevant basics of intercultural communication and cooperation, it is particularly important to us to address the individual needs of your organization, company or team.
